WHOA. Look who drew a new piece for the thing she never actually wanted to deal with again.
THIS GIRL. RIGHT HERE.
But I saw Brave, and come ON. Merida would be the MOST AWESOME Jedi Knight.
I assume she's also pretty good with a blaster as well ;D
Anyhow, COPY PASTE INTRO IS A GO.
"Anyway, this idea is not really new or original, it's basically just me sitting around going "More Disney Princesses should have light sabers." So I decided to give it to them.
Now the characters I chose don't necessarily correlate to any character in the Star Wars Universe. Also. This doesn't follow Star Wars canon exactly either, because where's the fun in that? And that would be... very hard to completely correlate, but I was inspired to create mini back stories for each character I did."
So, here's Merida. She comes from a long tradition of warriors, and is Princess to the clan of DunBroch. She was just about to get married off when she decided to join the Rebels and hone her Jedi skills instead.
I waffled on whether Merida would be on the Light or Dark side, but in the end, even if she is a bit daft, I don't think her father would ever let her go near a Sith, unless it was to take them DOWN.
I can just se in my head a battle between her and Rapunzel, and... well, I have two endings for it, one is, the same result as In the end of the Phantom Menace, and Merida ends up stabbed in the stomach, like Qui Gon, and Rapiunzel gets sliced in half by... I don't know... Belle, I guess... the other one is; Flynnigan SkyRider , (I know you haven't made him but, I'm using my imagination.) comes in, out of nowhere, and slices off Rapunzels hair, and she re-gains her memory as a Jedi Knight or something, somehow. Anyway, I'm way over thinking this, it's your story, not mine, but, I just thought I'd put my Ideas out there. Good job with the art work though.
Wow, now I'm a little worried for Rapunzel. The Jedi have MERIDA on their side... and she's pretty accurate with attacks. (as any target can tell you I'm sure. LOL)But then again, so is Rapunzel, I mean, she does go battle after battle without cutting her hair. So, yeah.
